One thing is deliberately not white-labelled.
Credentials remain Qualify Nation credentials, issued by us and publicly verifiable — that is what makes them worth holding, and verification always happens in our name. Everything else your candidates, consultants and clients touch is yours: job search, applications and the candidate's own account all run on your domain, under your brand. So candidates always know who stands behind the platform and holds their data, those pages carry a discreet "Powered by Qualify Nation" line and a link to our privacy notice — the same reason the consent request a candidate approves still names us as the platform holding their data.

What does it cost?
Commercial terms are agreed during approval. We are onboarding partner agencies directly at this stage rather than publishing a price list.
What do I need technically?
A domain you control, with its DNS on Cloudflare. Their free plan is enough. Nothing to install and no server of your own.
How long does setup take?
Approval is usually within one business day. Once you have added the DNS record, the address goes live on its own, normally within the hour.
Which emails come from us, and which from you?
Messages your consultants send to candidates and clients go out through your own connected mailbox — Microsoft or your own SMTP server — from your consultants' own addresses. Platform messages such as sign-in links come from a Qualify Nation address showing your agency's name. A dedicated sending domain for those platform messages is designed but not yet available.
Who owns the candidate relationship?
You do. Your consultants hold the relationship, and your candidates and clients see your brand throughout — including the candidate's own job search, applications and account, which run on your domain. Credentials and verification remain in Qualify Nation's name, and a discreet 'Powered by Qualify Nation' line tells candidates who operates the platform — see below.
