Workforce upskilling · For employers

Develop the capability you already employ.

Train your existing staff against Qualify Nation Framework (QNF) industry credentials. Each team member studies online, sits a proctored examination, and earns a credential that you — and anyone — can confirm on the public verification register.

A documented basis for developing your teams.

QNF gives your staff a defined route to a verifiable industry credential. The result is a record an employer can check, not a self-reported skill.

Verifiable proof of capability

Every credential your staff earn carries a QN identifier that you — and any third party — can check on the public verification register. Capability becomes a record, not an assertion.

Proctored, identity-verified assessment

Each QNF credential is earned through a proctored examination with identity verification at the sitting. The result reflects what the individual demonstrated under supervised conditions, pass/fail.

Retention and internal mobility

A defined five-level framework gives staff a documented progression route within your organisation. Use it to map development plans, support internal moves, and evidence investment in your people.

Online and part-time

Study is delivered online and on-demand, so staff develop while they keep working. No fixed campus dates and no need to take teams off the floor for extended periods.

Aligned to real roles

QNF pathways are built for technology, business and digital professions and reviewed annually. You upskill against the work your teams actually do, not an abstract syllabus.

Fundable development spend

Programmes can be funded through your existing learning and development budget and run as cohorts. Per-learner pricing makes cost predictable across a team.

QNF pathways across five levels.

The Qualify Nation Framework spans technology, business and digital professions at five levels. Map the credentials to the roles your teams hold, then build development plans against them.

From skills gap to verifiable credential.

  1. 01

    Identify the skills gap

Map the capabilities your teams need against QNF pathways and levels. We can help you scope which credentials match which roles.

  2. 02

    Enrol your staff

Enrol individuals or a full cohort. Volume enrolment is handled centrally, with one point of contact for your L&D team.

  3. 03

    Online study

Staff study online and on-demand around their work. Materials cover the full syllabus for the credential they are working towards.

  4. 04

    Proctored assessment

Each member sits a proctored examination with identity verification. Results are pass/fail; a retake is permitted on a fail.

  5. 05

    Publicly verifiable credential

On a pass, Qualify Nation issues the QNF credential. It appears on the public verification register for anyone to check.

Capability you can check.

The verification register is the trust artefact behind every QNF credential. When a member of your staff passes, the credential is published to a register that anyone can search.

  • Each credential carries a unique QN identifier.
  • Anyone can confirm the holder, the credential and the date on the public register.
  • No login or account is required to run a check.
  • Verification is the same record an external party would see — there is no separate internal-only view.

Upskilling FAQs.

Can we enrol a whole team or cohort at once?

Yes. You can enrol individuals or run a full cohort through together. Volume enrolment is managed centrally with a single point of contact for your L&D team, so you are not coordinating sign-ups one by one.

How is this funded?

Programmes are typically funded from an organisation's existing learning and development budget. Pricing is per learner for study, assessment and credential issuance, which keeps cost predictable when you are planning a cohort. Indicative pricing is shared when you enquire.

How does verification work?

When a member of staff passes, Qualify Nation issues a QNF credential with a unique identifier. That credential is listed on the public verification register, so you — or anyone else — can confirm it without an account. The register is the headline trust artefact behind every credential.

Is study online or in person?

Study is online and on-demand, so staff develop around their existing workload rather than attending fixed sessions. The assessment is a proctored examination with identity verification at the sitting.

What happens if someone does not pass?

Results are pass/fail. There are no graded bands. A member of staff who does not pass may sit a retake under the published policy, so a single attempt does not close off the credential.

How is this different from your recruitment service?

Workforce upskilling develops the people you already employ against QNF credentials. The recruitment route is for hiring new people. See the recruitment page if you are looking to bring QNF-credentialed talent into your organisation.
