Breaking Into Project Management
Shouldn't Require Years of Experience

The traditional path to a PM career is confusing. Too many certifications, not enough hands-on practice, and courses that teach only one methodology.

Certification Maze

PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, Six Sigma, CAPM... which certifications actually matter to employers?

Theory Without Practice

Most PM courses teach frameworks but don't give you real projects to manage and case studies to solve.

Methodology Silos

Courses teach one methodology, but real projects need a blend of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Experience Paradox

PM jobs want project experience, but how do you get experience without leading real projects?

There has to be a better way to become job-ready in project management

Your Path to a PM Career

Four integrated platforms that take you from PM beginner to certified professional—all within your 12-month access period.

No prior PM experience required. This course is designed for beginners and those looking to formalize their skills. We start with fundamentals before advancing to methodologies.

This course aligns with PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI-CAPM, Scrum Master (PSM I), and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. You'll receive a QualifyNation Project Management certificate upon completion.

Both! You'll learn the theory behind each methodology and apply it through 25+ real-world case studies and hands-on exercises. The capstone project integrates everything.

We cover multiple methodologies because different industries prefer different approaches. You'll learn when to use PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid approaches based on project context.

Entry-level roles include Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Change Analyst. With experience, you can advance to Senior PM or Programme Manager.

The course is 520 hours total. Full-time learners typically complete it in 4-5 months (25-30 hours/week). Part-time learners can spread it over 8-10 months (12-15 hours/week).

Entry-level PM roles typically start at £30,000-£40,000. With experience and certifications, salaries progress to £50,000-£70,000, with senior positions exceeding £80,000.
